Dowty Oil Seal is a mature high-pressure static sealing solution specially developed for threaded connection sealing. It adopts one-piece vulcanized bonding technology: rigid metal outer washer is firmly fused with inner elastic rubber sealing ring, no separation under extrusion pressure. When fastened between two flat mating surfaces, the metal washer limits excessive compression of rubber to avoid over-torque damage; the rubber inner ring is squeezed to fill tiny gaps, thoroughly blocking oil, liquid and gas leakage. It can resist pressure fluctuation, mechanical vibration and slight surface unevenness, greatly improving the overall tightness of hydraulic and pneumatic circuit joints. DEDE supplies multiple metal & rubber material combinations to match normal, high-temperature and chemical corrosion working conditions.
