USIT Seal, also named USIT Ring, belongs to bonded composite static sealing series, specially engineered for hydraulic pipeline screw joints requiring reliable long-term tightness. Rigid metal flat washer and inner trapezoidal rubber sealing bead are tightly fused by high-temperature vulcanization without delamination. When bolts are tightened, the metal layer limits excessive compression of rubber to avoid crush damage from over torque; the trapezoidal rubber bead evenly fills tiny assembly gaps, forming self-reinforced sealing effect. It maintains complete sealing integrity under frequent pressure surges, effectively solving oil seepage and leakage faults of hydraulic connections.
