Round Rubber O Ring features a perfect round circular cross-section, which automatically generates uniform elastic compression when installed inside standardized sealing grooves. Under fluid pressure, the O-ring gets extruded against the two sides of the groove to form a multi-sided tight sealing barrier, blocking liquid, gas and oil medium leakage efficiently for both static joint faces and low-speed reciprocating/rotary moving shafts. The sealing performance heavily relies on material matching and groove dimensional accuracy. Different rubber compounds deliver distinct resistance to temperature, hydraulic fluid, fuel and chemical solvents. DEDE supports mainstream international standard specifications including AS568 US standard, ISO metric, JIS Japanese standard, plus fully customized non-standard inner diameter & cross-section sizes according to customer drawings or samples.
