Bonded Oil Seal is a composite static sealing component with one-piece integrated structure: rigid metal insert and elastic rubber sealing ring are permanently bonded by high-temperature vulcanization process without separation. When assembled between two flat threaded connecting surfaces, the metal insert bears mechanical compression force to avoid rubber over-crushing caused by excessive tightening torque; the bonded rubber element fills tiny assembly clearances to block oil, coolant, compressed air and chemical medium leakage thoroughly. Compared with traditional separate metal washer and O-ring matching scheme, this all-in-one design eliminates assembly mismatch errors and greatly improves sealing stability under continuous static pressure, which is the ideal leak-proof solution for pressurized fluid circuits.
