TG Oil Seal adopts two exclusive optimized structures unavailable on ordinary TC models:
Threaded full rubber outer casing
Continuous spiral annular threads are molded on the outer rubber surface. During press fitting, threads form multiple micro-sealing rings inside the housing bore, blocking circumferential side leakage caused by slight bore scratches or dimensional tolerance; thicker rubber layer also boosts anti-corrosion and shock absorption performance.
Reinforced tandem double-lip system
Both main oil lip and external dust lip are spring-assisted, with 30%-40% thicker dust lip than TC. The tall dust lip scrapes off mud, sand and slurry stacked on the shaft surface before they reach the main sealing edge, avoiding abrasive scratch damage under heavy contamination conditions. Built-in stainless garter spring provides persistent radial preload to the double lips, maintaining tight shaft contact under low internal pressure up to 0.08MPa, slightly higher than standard TC seals. Two mature rubber grades (NBR / FKM) are provided to match normal-temperature field machinery and high-temperature heavy mining equipment separately.
