TC Oil Seal adopts three core functional sections integrated into one piece, completely different from single-lip TA/TB exposed metal seals and single-dustless SC full-rubber seals:
Spring pre-tightened main sealing lip
Built-in stainless garter spring delivers lasting radial clamping force, closely fits rotating shafts to block oil permeation under light internal pressure; smooth curved lip minimizes friction heat during long continuous rotation.
Independent outer dust lip
Separated dust barrier intercepts floating dust, sand, light splashing water and fine grit, avoiding abrasive scratches on the main sealing edge and extending overall service life significantly.
Full seamless rubber coated outer diameter
The entire metal skeleton is wrapped by elastic rubber. During press-fitting into housing bore, rubber fills minor dimensional deviations of the housing, eliminating circumferential side leakage that frequently occurs with exposed metal outer seals. We supply NBR and FKM two mainstream elastomer formulas to match normal-temperature general equipment and high-temperature heavy-duty machinery respectively.

Product Structure
The TC oil seal is a double-lip rubber-coated skeleton oil seal. It consists of three core components: rubber body, metal skeleton and garter spring. The metal skeleton is fully wrapped by rubber, forming the outer mounting surface. It comes with a spring-loaded primary sealing lip for oil retention and an outer auxiliary dust-proof lip to resist dirt ingress. The integrated structure absorbs installation tolerance well, and the spring keeps the main lip tightly pressed against the shaft for stable sealing force.
