Different from SC full-rubber coated and TA simple single-lip metal oil seals, TB Oil Seal adopts exposed thick metal outer casing + spring-loaded single sealing lip integrated structure. The solid steel outer shell provides ultra-high structural rigidity, achieving precise interference fit with precision-machined rigid housing bores without radial expansion or loosening under long-term vibration. The built-in stainless garter spring continuously applies uniform radial tension to the sealing lip, maintaining tight shaft contact to block lubricant seepage under low internal pressure. Its streamlined single-lip layout cuts friction heat generation during high-speed rotation, suitable for clean semi-sealed equipment cabins with minor floating dust only. Multiple rubber formulas are optional to match normal temperature, high-temperature and medium oil compatibility demands.
