Different from single-curve O-rings prone to spiral rolling in dynamic grooves, Four Lobed Seal adopts fully symmetrical X four-lobe geometry with four independent sealing contact edges. The concave cavities between every pair of lobes form built-in lubricant storage tanks, continuously feeding oil/grease to the sliding interface and drastically cutting dry friction and stick-slip vibration. Under bidirectional pressure changes, two sets of sealing lips on both sides maintain continuous tight contact with the shaft and groove wall simultaneously, avoiding momentary leakage during pressure direction reversal. It matches AS568, ISO metric, JIS O-ring groove standards perfectly for direct retrofit, and we supply multiple elastomer formulas to cover normal temperature, high heat, fuel and chemical corrosive working media. Every finished piece undergoes compression deformation and friction cycle testing to guarantee consistent batch sealing stability.
