Different from finished molded O-rings with fixed inner diameter and cross-section, O Ring Rope features continuous uniform round cross-section, supplied in long roll or coil form with multiple line diameter options. It breaks the size limit of prefabricated O-ring molds: no matter ultra-large, tiny or irregular custom perimeter required, operators only need to measure the actual groove circumference, cut the cord to matching length and splice the two ends into an integrated circular seal. Two mature elastomer formulas (NBR, FKM) are provided to adapt general industrial oil medium and high-temperature corrosive fluid working conditions respectively. The raw rubber cord maintains stable elasticity, compression resistance and medium compatibility after cutting and splicing; spliced joints achieve nearly identical sealing performance as integrated molded rings when processed with standard bonding or vulcanization technology. This flexible raw sealing material drastically shortens the waiting cycle for non-standard sealing spare parts and lowers mold opening costs for small-batch custom projects.
