Wind Turbine Shaft Seal adopts industry-specialized high-performance polymer and rubber composite materials. The mainstream HNBR material features outstanding low-temperature resistance, thermal aging resistance and wear resistance, perfectly matching long-term wind power lubrication working conditions. FKM is optional for extreme high-temperature and strong salt fog corrosion environments. Reinforced modified polyurethane (PU) provides ultra-high abrasion resistance and structural stability for heavy-load main shaft operation. The metal shell adopts high-strength carbon steel with anti-rust treatment, and the spring is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel to avoid fatigue failure and rusting in outdoor harsh environments. All materials are customized for wind power long-life standards, anti-aging, anti-deformation and maintenance-free.
