Axial V Ring Seal is a special axial dust-proof sealing part different from radial oil seals. Its sealing lip fits tightly against the equipment axial end surface rather than the shaft outer diameter. As the shaft rotates, the V-ring rotates together to build an outer isolation barrier. It effectively stops dust, muddy dirt and splashing liquid from touching bearings and main radial oil seals, greatly lowering abrasion and leakage risks of core sealing components. DEDE provides two mature rubber materials to match different working environments, with stable elasticity and long service life under long-term continuous rotation.
Installation Recommendations
Clean the shaft surface thoroughly before mounting, polish and remove sharp burrs to avoid scratching the seal lip.
Fit the seal evenly on the shaft to guarantee uniform, full contact between the lip and matching end face.
Do not overstretch the V-ring during installation; permanent stretching will weaken its rebound force and reduce long-term sealing performance.
