TCV Oil Seal is integrally vulcanized with fully coated metal frame, featuring compact structure suitable for narrow grooves. The fluid-optimized sealing lip distributes pressure evenly and resists bulging and flipping under continuous micro back pressure. The built-in annular energy storage spring provides steady preload to adapt to shaft eccentricity, assembly tolerance and minor wear after long operation. The integrated outer dust lip blocks dust and muddy water from entering friction zone. Multiple elastomer materials including NBR, EPDM and FKM are optional, compatible with hydraulic oil, gear oil and grease. Complete medium and small standard sizes support direct replacement of conventional oil seals to upgrade pressure resistance without housing modification.
